The Polar Express Guarantee
The purpose of your Indoor Comfort System is to provide a Comfortable, Safe, and Healthy environment in your home whenever you need it. We guarantee that your new system or any Components that we replace on your current Indoor Comfort System will operate with no failures or we will fix it free for 2 years.
- No Lemons: Should the Compressor, or Heat Exchanger fail within the first 5 years of the install date, We will remove and replace the entire System section with a brand new one. We will also reinstate our “No Lemon” Guarantee for the new unit that we replaced.
- On-Time Service & Installation: We guarantee to start your project or service request on the date or time promised, and work continuously until the job is complete. If we fail to complete your service or installation on time we will write you a check for $100 for each day we are not complete.
- Duct Leakage: We guarantee your complete new Air Distribution System will operate at maximum air flow for the life of the Equipment. We will not meet but exceed your local duct leakage requirements.
- Air Quality: We guarantee to clean the air in your home better than any other system you can buy. If the system does not substantially improve your Indoor Air Quality and health in your home environment, we will remove it and return 100% of your Investment.
- 12 Month 100% Satisfaction: During the first year of your new indoor comfort system that we installed we will promptly correct the problem you are having. If after our corrections you are still not satisfied we will remove your system and return 100% of your investment.
