Very happy with the service I've received so far. Called to do a tune-up for the AC system, and Mallory was friendly and booked me for the very next day. Reynaldo did the service and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Good pricing and positive experience.
Note: Following below is an update a few weeks later to my previous review, as Google doesn't seem to let me add a second review to the same company. It took an extra week for me to sit down and write this, as I wanted to give an accurate assessment of my experience with Polar Express.
I decided to get a whole new system installed because on the previous initial maintenance visit, Polar Express found that I had a very old original system, and all the ducts in the attic were deteriorated to the point of not functioning. Our house was built in the 80's, and since we moved in two years ago we have found the house was poorly maintained in all aspects.
After evaluating the whole system, David Castro gave us a really outstanding quote, and outlined everything that needed to be done. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The install was scheduled for less than a week later. I needed to call David for questions during the installation, and he was always responsive and professional.
Daniel and Michael are the technicians that performed the install. In my opinion, the install must have been a nightmare for the techs. The install happened during a heatwave. Throughout the install the techs were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard-working, and I applaud their professionalism while working in extremely adverse conditions. I don't really know how they worked so diligently in the dusty attic with the extreme heat, and filthy, crumbling ducts. They did their best to give us partial air when possible during the install, as the house was very hot indoors due to the heatwave.
In the end, we made a large investment into an excellent HVAC system and we are very happy and satisfied with the service and product. This company is professional, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and fairly priced, and I really highly recommend them.

Understandably, with record heat I had to wait a couple of days before Eric from Polar Express was able to come. He introduced himself and listened (a lost art) to me about the situation and checked a few things, then went into the very hot attic and found an easy solution for the unit not working. He then serviced the two AC units, cleaned them so they would use less power. All the time, every time I encountered him, he would let me know that cold air is on the way. Since it was an easy fix, I was only charged for a service call, and I was happy to pay such a small amount. Polar installed my system a couple of years before, and they are the only one that I use. Eric is an example of how well trained and knowledgeable they are.
