I had other service providers on site to investigate why my sheetrock above my living room sporadically became soaked with no resolution. He capped and reinstalled the drain vent in the proper location as part of my service membership, and I'm so glad I don’t have to think about it anymore! Way to go, Reynaldo!

Polar Express recently replaced our older HVAC system in our home. From the start of the project to the final inspection, the company was very professional, efficient, and responsive. David was helpful in our decision-making process, Marco and Jose, the installers, were polite, hard workers and kept our home and their workspace nice and neat. Shannon in the office was always available and helpful when we had questions. Justin, a technician, was quick to come out and put the final item needed on the project. Understandably, with record heat I had to wait a couple of days before Eric from Polar Express was able to come. He introduced himself and listened (a lost art) to me about the situation and checked a few things, then went into the very hot attic and found an easy solution for the unit not working. He then serviced the two AC units, cleaned them so they would use less power. All the time, every time I encountered him, he would let me know that cold air is on the way. Since it was an easy fix, I was only charged for a service call, and I was happy to pay such a small amount. Polar installed my system a couple of years before, and they are the only one that I use. Eric is an example of how well trained and knowledgeable they are.

I highly recommend this 5 Stars PLUS “GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND” company! From the moment I called Polar Express Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., I felt taken care of immediately by Athena who answered the phone! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which immediately put me at ease! What’s hard to find these days is their quick availability and great attitude… they were able to come out to my house the very same day I called, which was such a relief. Then we met David, the sales representative, and he truly made the whole experience stand out! From start to finish, he was honest, knowledgeable, and you could tell he really cared about doing what was right for us, not just making a sale. He patiently walked me through the financing that was available, which made the process so much less stressful for our family. Our new air conditioning installation was handled by two amazing techs named Justin and Eric, who knocked it out of the park on their efforts in service and timing! These types of team members definitely set them apart from every other company out there! That kind of care and integrity is hard to find, and it meant a lot to us!
